We produce our powders and flakes with the drum-drying-technology. With this technology we are able to dry our high-quality purees without any additives.  Additives are only used if your specification requires them.

For the drying process a thin puree layer is applied on a warm drum.

 

After the evaporation of the water, the dried coat is cleared away and milled to flakes or powder.
