Our flavourss are extracted solely from the named fruit. This means they are suitable for the production of juices and nectars.

We gain our FTNF-flavours (From The Named Fruit) from the production of juice concentrates and fruit puree concentrates. The essence is separated during the first step of the vacuum evaporation and is then recovered through immediate cooling of the vapour.
